Subject: Herbal and Botany Manufacturing
Duration: Required only 20hrs. Stayed 2months
Background: During my time in clinic, I was presented with the opportunity to showcase my skills with both clients in-person and virtually.
Tasks:
~ Answering clinic phone warm & professional
~ Emailing client invoice copies and scripts
~ Chasing outstanding payments
~ Invoicing
~ Stock handling including packaging client orders, accurate stock take, and processing incoming stock orders
~ Updating new stock prices to reflect any changes
~ Adding new stock into system
~ Updating client profiles including personal information, as well as important case notes
~ Onboarding new clients with intake form and creating personal file for future notes, plus uploading to system
